Hand–ink and print on paper and fabric using some of Nashville’s most recognizable imagery, cut into printing blocks by the designers at Hatch Show Print. As one of the oldest poster and design shops in America, we’re still printing show posters for your favorite musicians, bands, and performers, one at a time, via letterpress printing. You will learn how we sling the ink, roll the brayers, and design like it’s 1879, making each piece by hand. The final reveal is a “Wow!” moment.

No experience necessary. All materials are provided, including a blank tea towel or tote bag, but you may bring your own T-shirt or other clean, washable item on which to print.

Tenx9 ("ten by nine”) Nashville is a monthly community storytelling night in Nashville, Tennessee where 9 people have up to ten minutes each to tell a real story from their lives. Ten-minute stories by nine people—thus the name. Every month has a theme, and every event is free.

For 2026 we are introducing a new category of our popular Dining Around Town Series called... Casual Chain Crawl with Cristina!

Since this group began, we have consciously tried to avoid be chain restaurants in favor of supporting small and local businesses. However with such a multicultural group, it is not surprising that multiple members have expressed interest in checking out some of the most popular American chain restaurants as a cultural dining experience of sorts.

One of our most passionate members, "Italian Cristina", has volunteered to host this series and has researched and hand selected the locations which are all over the greater Nashville area.

The Downtown section of the Cumberland River Greenway follows the winding course of the Cumberland River from MetroCenter to the heart of downtown, providing views of the river along the way. Users can also access Morgan Park and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, each via a short spur. Despite the urban setting, the river’s natural features are still in evidence, and the greenway passes through a rapidly redeveloping area of town.

The Shelby Bottoms Greenway extends from the heart of Shelby Park, past the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center, and throughout Shelby Bottoms – a 950-acre floodplain preserve along the Cumberland River. The Shelby Bottoms Greenway features relatively flat and meandering, multi-use greenway pathway, river overlooks, and an internal observation platform for studying the local ecosystem. The greenway also leads to the parks’ unpaved nature trails, the Cornelia Fort Air Park, and the tremendous Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge that joins to the Stones River Greenway. Shelby Bottoms Greenway includes Fortland Drive, Shadow Lane, and Cooper Creek greenway connectors.
