Graze is proudly owned and operated by Mayara and Henrique. Mayara’s journey with Graze began in 2019, when she joined the team as a line cook. After quickly becoming the Sous Chef and General Manager, in 2025, she took a leap as a business owner. Henrique has a background in economics and recording arts & technology, and works in the music industry while managing the business side of the restaurant.

At Graze, our mission is simple: to make plant-based food accessible, relatable, and joyful. Whether you’re vegan, veg-curious, or just hungry for something fresh and satisfying, you’ll find a relaxed and welcome atmosphere - no judgement, just good food!
