School of Nashville Ballet offers the highest quality training for children and adults of all ages. Artistic Director Nick Mullikin leads an outstanding faculty and artistic staff, providing a complete dance experience that is both challenging and rewarding.

Beginner Ballet is a 90 minute class designed specifically to instill the basics of ballet technique, coordination, vocabulary, and the love of dance. Level 1 is for absolute beginners with little to no prior experience.

What Should I Wear to Class?
Come as you are! There is no dress code for Community Division Adult Classes. Athletic apparel that is comfortable for you is suggested. While ballet slippers are helpful for the Introduction to Ballet class, socks may be worn instead.
