After our last successful Arts & Crafts lesson at the Little Art House last month, we are returning for a new lesson - Macramé 101 and making a Plant Hanger!

Class Experience
Macramé has been popular for centuries. It is a versatile form of textile art that uses knotting techniques to create beautiful, functional pieces. In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll learn how to make a plant hanger using simple, yet stunning knots and patterns. All materials are provided.

You will leave with:
A finished Macramé plant hanger!
Handouts with step-by-step instructions.

Open to all levels.
All materials are provided.

Cost
$50 per person
A one-time $8.00 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the first class. Check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle are accepted.

What you'll learn
The history of Macramé.
The best materials to use for Macramé and best practices.
2–3 simple knots.
How to add decorative beads.
How to form a basket.
How to properly secure your project.

What To Bring
You may bring a snack and beverage. BYOB if you are 21+.

Notes
This class requires at least four registrants. If it doesn’t meet the requirement, you will have the following options: receive a credit toward another class, transfer your registration to the same class on another date, or choose a full refund.

Per Our Policies: Refunds via the original payment require cancellation two weeks prior to the start date. Cancellations closer to the start date are only eligible for 50% studio credit. “No Shows” are not eligible for refunds or makeups.
